1. Company
These Terms of Service govern the use of AIFLOW.BUSINESS, operated by ORCA AI LLC d/b/a AIFLOW.BUSINESS.
2. Service
AIFLOW provides an AI-powered marketing operating system that allows users to create, manage, schedule, approve, and publish marketing content across connected social media platforms.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and approval of all content they generate, upload, schedule, or publish through AIFLOW. Users must comply with applicable laws and all connected platform policies, including TikTok policies.
4. Connected Platforms
Users may connect third-party platforms such as TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and others. By connecting a platform, the user authorizes AIFLOW to use the permissions granted only to provide the requested service, including account connection, content preparation, scheduling, and user-approved publishing.
5. Prohibited Use
Users may not use AIFLOW to create or publish unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, fraudulent, or platform-prohibited content.
6. Payments
AIFLOW may offer subscription plans. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Clover, BitPay, or future payment processors. Subscription access may depend on successful payment and account status.
7. Intellectual Property
AIFLOW, its software, branding, interface, workflows, and platform technology remain the property of ORCA AI LLC or its licensors. Users retain responsibility for the materials they upload and the content they approve for publication.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIFLOW is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
