AIFLOW.BUSINESS is operated by ORCA AI LLC d/b/a AIFLOW.BUSINESS. AIFLOW is an AI-powered marketing operating system that helps businesses create, schedule, approve, and publish marketing content across connected platforms.

We may collect account information, business profile information, onboarding answers, connected social platform identifiers, authentication tokens, content generation requests, uploaded media, scheduling information, publication history, analytics, billing status, and technical usage data.

3. TikTok Data

When a user connects TikTok, AIFLOW may request TikTok permissions needed to identify the connected account, display connection status, prepare publishing workflows, and publish user-approved content. TikTok data is used only to provide the requested AIFLOW service.

AIFLOW does not sell TikTok user data. AIFLOW does not use TikTok data for unauthorized profiling, resale, or unrelated advertising purposes.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the platform, authenticate users, connect social accounts, generate marketing assets, schedule posts, publish approved content, provide analytics, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal or platform requirements.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers required to operate AIFLOW, including hosting, database, authentication, automation, storage, AI generation, payment, analytics, and social publishing providers. These providers are used only as needed to deliver the service.
